How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.154.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Snowy Escape, Discover University, Island Living, seasons, cats and dogs, city living, get to work, realm of magic, vampires, spa day, dine out, outdoor retreat, nifty knitting, laundry day, bowling.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create an alien sim, and move into any house where you take your shoes off and play the game. It will become apparent.
What happens when the bug occurs? While in the house and shoes off, if you go into disguise your human form will have the alien skin tone until you remove the disguise, change into nude, or go over the shoe changing threshold. The same applies in reverse, if you are already in disguise with proper human skintone and change back into alien form in the house with shoes off, your alien will have your human skintone until you either change into nude, or go over the shoes changing threshold again.
What do you expect to see? Changing into or out of disguise NOT to alter your assigned skintones for disguise and alien at all.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

After fiddling around with it more extensively, it seems to be something with changing the disguises status with the shoes off status. All of it is reproducible.

I can replicate this on PS4. The sims are fine if they are either in alien form or in human form when the rule is introduced, but if you change them into or out of their disguise, the skin gets messed up. It's very odd looking.
