Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Own a retail store. Set a holiday tradition for Father Winter. Wait for 8 pm at the retail store.
What happens when the bug occurs? Father Winter shows up to the retail store and he does not leave. There is no option to ask him to leave.
What do you expect to see? Father Winter not to show up to retail stores or Father Winter to leave at midnight.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
When I visit another lot and then return to the retail store, Father Winter is there but he is able to leave.
