From what I can tell, the plants in Sulani seem to be growing fine. It seems to be fine everywhere except Hare Square park.

@Sketch793 Thank you for confirming. Maybe it does have something to do with the Garden Gnomes. I have seen Moira Fyres in Oasis Springs at the planters, but not the whole club, which only gather at Hare Square.
