What happens when the bug occurs? There is no veterinarian skill option for the Sims to select.
What do you expect to see? An option to set a club activity to the veterinarian activities.

I think this is more of an oversight rather than a bug. It affects gameplay because Sims are unable to gain points in a club gathering when using the pet treat crafting tables because there is no club activity for the skill.
There is a skill requirement and a boost for the skill.
