What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim will not develop the juice enthusiast quirk.
What do you expect to see? The Sim to get the quirk.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have tried several Sims drinking several cups of every type of juice in the game. The quirk will not trigger.
