Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.47.51.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Set a sims phone case, then use the new social media options
What happens when the bug occurs? The set phone case doesn't stay while using these phone interactions
What do you expect to see? The phone case to stay no matter what phone interaction
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the November 13th Update

Adding to this thread. While taking a selfie the phone will clip & not save the set phone case

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All, except My First Pet Stuff.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take a selfie, take a photo with a celebrity, post on social media (interaction from the phone).
What happens when the bug occurs? The right phone cover doesn't display.
What do you expect to see? The phone to show up with the right phone cover.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
This above is the phone cover that is selected for my sim's phone.
This is my sim taking a picture to post on social media, but the interaction doesn't have the phone displaying the right phone cover.
Same thing happens when taking a photo with a celebrity.
