Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an lot with the 'Off the Grid' trait with excess energy production
What happens when the bug occurs? The 'Stream' option on the Drone is greyed out and the tooltip on hovering over it states 'The internet does not work off the grid'.
What do you expect to see? While the 'Internet does not work off the grid' is normal for lots with 'Off the Grid' trait, there are similar options on the Sim Phone and Computer that start working once the Lot is producing enough/excess power. If the internet can work for those, why not for the drone?
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
