Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? n/a
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? start new game
What happens when the bug occurs? the sims instead of greeting walk by sims or fishing or talking to each other will spam phone if there is no book case or tv on lot
What do you expect to see? greeting walk by sims fishing and sims interacting more with each other
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I noticed this happening a few updates ago but I'm not sure whats causing it

What do you mean they spam phone ? Can you post a video of that ?

I dont know how to post videos by spamming phone I mean they use it almost none stop and I'm not sure they would stop if I didn't intervene
but they go right back to doing it almost Immediately if I don't have books or tv on the lot its not that I mind the phone it's just I miss how they used to talk to each other and run and greet new walk by sims and go fish if there was a place near by @crinrict

to me, it looks like a "filler" action, much like the ever-present hugging.

but it happens both ways. they will often prefer to play a game, chat, or browse the web on the phone, too. even *with* other available entertainment options and Sims to talk to... unless they have access to a nice TV and/or computer. then they will use those more than the phone, as far as i have seen.

Didn't get much play time lately other than testing stuff and tbh, i rarely pay attention to this kind of stuff cause it just doesn't bother me.

I get that the phones don't normally  bother me ether something seems off though I wish I could post a video  but my internet speed is awful

I know they said they fixed this in the last patch but it is NOT fixed! While I’m glad my sim no longer uses the phone while swimming he still uses the phone while in the water and all the rest of the time too! It’s seriously annoying !
