Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim live on a lot with the reduce and recycle trait. Then fill-up the trashcans and hire a maid.
What happens when the bug occurs? The maid will continuously clean up the trash. She will move the trash from the indoor trash can to the outdoor trashcan. When the trash spills onto the ground, she will repeat the process. She will not clean other areas of the house.
What do you expect to see? The maid to clean other areas of the house.
