Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Petition to repeal a NAP in a neighbourhood that has more than one active and check the voting board.
What happens when the bug occurs? In addition to the NAP you petitioned, another random NAP that has been enacted will also show a duplicate signature counter and red background, making it appear like that is also undergoing an active repeal process.
What do you expect to see? Only the NAP I started a petition for to display as being considered for repeal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

This appears to be a visual-only error. When you hover over the real NAP being repealed, it correctly displays "This will be repealed when voting closes". Hovering over the "fake" repeal just shows the regular description about the NAP, and after voting closes, the correct NAP is repealed and the one that was incorrectly marked is left untouched.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have an active N.A.P. Then have the Sim try to repeal the N.A.P. during the next voting period.
What happens when the bug occurs? An additional N.A.P. is highlighted for repeal in the N.A.P. UI.
What do you expect to see? Only the selected N.A.P. to be highlighted for repeal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
