What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansions: All Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Spa Day, Strangerville Stuff Packs: My First Pet, Perfect Patio, Moschino, Tiny House
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a Sim in a situation where university specific socials are present such as at the graduation, at an organization event while a member, or just by clicking on the Sim. Then open the menu to click on the social.
What happens when the bug occurs? The social appears twice in the menu.
What do you expect to see? Only one option in the menu.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
It doesn't matter if the traditional social menu is used:

I was able to replicate this in the Braniacs.
It is also showing for the graduation:
I am also seeing this when click on my Sim. The option to do the cheer shows up multiple times.
