What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All but eco and knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? have a child juggle a soccer ball
What happens when the bug occurs? The child will not gain motor skill
What do you expect to see? The child gaining motor skill from this physical activity.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I was happy to get a soccer ball as a space saving way for my active child sim to avoid the stressed not active moodlet and to gain motor skill while living in a tiny home. Unfortunately it is not working as expected.

Children are also not gaining points toward scout badges from using the soccer ball either.
