[NEEDS INPUT] [DU] Bathroom at Mossy Lane connects to living room

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.58.69.1010
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Moschino stuff pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start new game with Discover University pack, load into the Mossy Lane default house with the Pleasant Sisters. Enter build mode, select the ground floor bathroom and look at the selected room that it marks out. It includes the living room space.
What happens when the bug occurs? In Discover University, the default house at Mossy Lane has a issue where the the ground floor bathroom is directly connected to the living room section of the house where the stairs to the next floor are. This results in an embarrassed mood for any sim that uses the ground floor toilet when another sim is present in the living space.
What do you expect to see? Bathroom should be a separate room to stop sims getting embarrassed about using a toilet that appears to be a closed room space.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@darkstalek This can be fixed by entering build mode and placing a wall under the stairs so the bathroom is enclosed.
