[NEEDS INPUT] Create a sim only randomizes a few and not all eye colours [ Edited ]

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? the latest version
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Zoom in on the sims face male and female and click randomize you will see the only eye colour that randomizes is black, brown and greyish colour.
What happens when the bug occurs? it is not truly random
What do you expect to see? true randomization to help me create unique new characters
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hello there.

I have found that the randomize dice when you create a sim is not truly random

The eye colour is always brown, black or greyish on randomized sims male and female.

There may be other things it does not randomize properly, I will update post if I find anything.
