How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.54.120.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Up Town in San Myshuno.
What happens when the bug occurs? A reflect of waterfall in central of Up Town is reverse.
What do you expect to see? A normally falling waterfall.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

If you come to this place, you'll see a reversing waterfall (just its reflection, not a texture)

I just looked at this myself after reading this post and yes, I can confirm that those are some very weird waterfalls that don't exactly follow the rules of gravity anymore!

As of game version 1.55.108.1020, this no longer occurs in my game. The waterfalls now display correctly, so I think it's been fixed.
