Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the 64x64 lot of brindleton bay and make 2 levels of basement. Remove the floors and ceilings so you can see the lowest level of the basement from the ground level and also make all the basement walls tallest possible ones.
What happens when the bug occurs? The water from the ocean shows on on the lowest level of basement.
What do you expect to see? Water in the basement.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Water won't appear if you're not looking at it from above the ground because looking only at underground doesn't show the ocean either so the water also disappears.
