Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? the latest one
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run a vet clinic
What happens when the bug occurs? the employee takes all day from 9 am to 5 pm to treat one animal
What do you expect to see? the employee to treat more pets per day
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure 

I go to my clinic at approx 9am and my employee often starts on the first pet and is still treating that pet when i close the clinic after 5pm

Have you tried firing the employee and getting a new one ?

Also send them to training ? What level do they currently have ?
