How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim walk around in the pinnacles with a pet or have a sim run down the hill.
What happens when the bug occurs? The pet will jump up on different terrain. I also noticed sims trying to run down the hill won't use the side walk.
What do you expect to see? To be able to walk the dog in this area without the dog jumping to different height of terrain. For sims to not use this terrain to get down from the hill.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
