Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add a ghost dog to your family, purchase ambrosia treat, feed the treat to the dog.
What happens when the bug occurs? Dog will spin in the air with glowy lights as if its gonna come back alive, then boom, still a ghost. But I can suddenly neuter him or check him in for a check-up as if he were alive. Can keep feeding ambrosia, cannot feed age-down treats. He's just kind of.. stuck in between alive and dead?
What do you expect to see? Dog comes back to life as he should.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I am also having this problem, and have no mods installed also. It was really disappointing considering I spent $2500 on one treat.
