Without being 100 % sure it could be that You're mentioning a specific mod. It is generally not welcomed in this forum. But it's just a guess.

You have a posting with a similar wording in the 'Game and Mod/CC Issues' forum, seem it would be the right forum for it too.

Okay, thanks for the explanation.

Mostly this thread implied the possibility that this bug was also caused by a mod, so I simply went through all my mods and found the faulty one. So it made sense to me to mention my solution.

@hawaiianpunchgrl Are you playing a vanilla game ?

@LilythArdat Everything that is mod related is getting moved over to the thread on mod related.

I still have to go through late to make sure this thread stays vanilla but this thread is for vanilla game issue only.

It's ok to name mods as long as they are not adult mods and linking is not allowed as well.

What I found was that I turned off the "follow" message in the career's page of my teen sim.
Just need to toggle it back on and a prompt will reappear.

I have three teen sims, two of them had the follow message turned off, but the other teen sim was on.

I am having the same problems. I just bought it and it won't send the teens to school. Is there a solution?

Is there a special day on the calender? If there is and they are still expected to go to school, mine just go on their own, but a normal day without a calender event, I able to follow them to school no probs.
