My sim won't graduate

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything apart from Star Wars
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You click on attend graduation on the building and sim resets itself
What happens when the bug occurs? It stops my sim graduating and gets no photo and no certificate
What do you expect to see? My sim graduating as normal
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I would also like to confirm that my sim also had trouble attending her final presentation because she would just reset. It works on my other sim for some strange reason

Hello sorry for not getting back to you ASAP. I haven't checked to see if I have any exceptions but I check tomorrow and let you know ASAP. I didn't have more than one sim graduating but I do have another sim that is on their final week at university.

@queenietomlinson Could you upload those exception files ? You need to create a rar file and upload that.

You can delete all those very old lastCrash files.

Sorry for not getting back to you. Is it ok if you explain what a rar folder is and you create one please? Thanks

@queenietomlinson rar is like a zip file but you need winrar or 7z (external programs to create them.

It's probably easiest if you just c/p the content of the file. Open it with a text editor, then copy the text and paste into a post.
