My mailbox in sims mobile will not give me the option to watch ads [ Edited ]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Try watching mailbox ads until one of the ads do not start playing and just have a black screen 2. Exit out of the tab and then open Sims mobile again and check for the option to watch mailbox ads
What do you expect to see? The ability to watch mailbox ads to revive rewards

Additional feedback This usually happens after an ad pops up and the screen goes black during the video. After this it does not give me the option to watch ads for a day to a few hours.
