Summarize your bug I have already bought live pass, my balance was reduce, but my live pass didn't active
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at my account if my live pass active
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't active my live pass

@Vevek4 Hey there, sorry for the disappointment. I would want you to first , wait for a while, and also, if connected through any social media/playgames/game centre, do reinstall the game and log in again to see if that changes.

Reply here if it doesn't not solve the issue and I'll get the team to work on it.
