The team is aware of this. On Xbox One if you move your sticks up as if you're aiming at the very top of your screen and hit LB/RB back and forth that should help get you out of it. Our apologies for any frustration it may have caused, thanks for submitting a bug report our way.

Before season 1 ended my battle pass got stuck doing the animation of receiving the reward for tier 81 (I think) of the battle pass. I was hoping it would fix itself once the season ended but it did not. I'm not sure what to do and know that I've leveled the pass more than the reward it is stuck on giving me.
