My Sim Won’t Meet Coworkers [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? The Sims 4 StrangerVille, The Sims 4 Seasons, The Sims 4 Parenthood, The Sims 4 Laundry Day Stuff…
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When my sim goes to work and I click on the optio “socialize with coworkers” it never works, my sim doesn’t meet anybody at work.
What happens when the bug occurs? When my sim goes to work and I click on the optio “socialize with coworkers” it never works. I already tried fixing the game, new saves, reset the sim, honestly, nothing works, my sim doesn’t meet anybody at work, I’ve tried different careers, waited days and nothing.
What do you expect to see? I expect my sim to meet new people when I choose that option.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@BlackSheepa Do you have none in the relationship bar ?

None. The only sims I have in my relationship bar are the ones that live with me and the ones I’ve met in the “streets”. But everyday I go to work and choose the option “socialize with coworkers” and end up meeting no one. There’s no relationship if I click on the briefcase in the relationship bar.

@BlackSheepa What career is your Sim in ? Have you tested multiple to see if it's an issue with this specific Sim/Career ?

He’s in education career, but yes, I’ve tried different careers, different sims, new saves, fixing the game land still, all my sims end up meeting no one.

EDIT: Gave this a short test. The first day my Sim didn't meet anyone but the second day right away.
