My Apex Legends is stuck at either 47% or 76%

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. When downloading
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I have never played it.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue?
What happens when the bug occurs? Game gets stuck at downloading 0 b/s
What should be happening instead? It should download all the files perfectly
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i really don't know.
Guys. I'm trying to download Apex Legends from origin.
It was downloading really well but suddenly got stuck at 76% and has been stuck at that from 3 days.
Here are all things i tried-
1.I tried pausing and downloading again and again and sometimes instead of downloading it gets stuck back at 47%.
2.I got suggestion to turn on safe mode downloading but in my version of origin safe mode downloading has become permanent and that's why there is no option to turn it on manually.
3.I have tried reinstalling origin so many times.
4. I tried clean booting windows.
5. I have tried to turn off windows firewall.
And still my game is stuck at 0 b/s at 76%.
Please i really don't wanna re-download all the game and find it again stuck at 76%.
So please help me, 
Does the download continue if you right-click on the Origin desktop shortcut and run it as administrator? If you visit Origin>Application Settings>Installs & Saves try changing the legacy game installers to another folder on your computer. Restart Origin and Install it.
