Summarize your bug I am unable to open 4 packs at this time. EA welcome Play pack, and 3 gold or better player packs
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Madden packs
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen says our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later
What do you expect to see? The pack should open

A fix was pushed in last night. Can you try power cycling your console and let me know if you still experience this?

Same issue for gold packs on PC have 3 unopened and it just says servers cannot process your request at this time.
