What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? NeppuTennouboshi
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible.
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In the lobby (waiting area before the match)
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Loadout
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Checking the menu, trying to change my music pack.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? No
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? The issue was still there, before a match, after a match, after 2 matches, etc.
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 02/10/2019 18:00 CEST
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The loadout doesn't show the Customization option (music packs & loading screens) under the weapons.
What should be happening instead? The customization option should appear as normal under the gun icons.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having the game set on the lowest resolution supported with a 4:3 monitor.

The game does not show the option that allows you to change music packs & loading screen when your screen has the lowest resolution supported (which is 1280x720 if i'm not mistaken), my screen is also 4:3 which is what might actually cause this to happen.

Maybe the option is hidden off screen and it'd just be a simple case of re-scaling all the icons to make it fit, I'm not sure, but considering this resolution is apparently supported it'd be nice to have this fixed.
