Music Glitches

I don't know if anyone else has been having this issue, but there are certain points where I am playing and the sound and music completely go. I can't hear my Sims talk or anything I do no know if there has been a patch for this considering I have not been on TS4 in awhile but I still wanted to report the problem I was having.

Make sure your sound drivers are updated and maybe play around with the sound settings to see if it goes away.

I'm having the same issue. I get about 5 minutes of sound when I start and then deathly silence. Its just too weird to play like that.

I've played with the audio settings and nothing is working

Did you update your sound drivers ? What kind of sound card do you have ?
