Multiplying Babies / bassinet

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Adopt a child
What happens when the bug occurs? Extra bassinets appear after interacting with the newborn
What do you expect to see? I expect to get 1 bassinet and one baby, and for them to age up from newborn to infant
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

When I moved the bassinet downstairs a second one spawned where the first had been. 

When I hired a nanny to help take care of the babies it spawned a 3rd bassinet with a baby. 

When I tried to age up the newborn  it spawned another bassinet with a copy of the baby.     The hot bar at the bottom with the houshold only showed one baby.   At max I had a total of 8 bassinets with newborns,  all showed the "age up" option but none would actually age up.

After not feeding the "upstairs" babies  I got the message saying the child would be taken away for not feeding them.   It took away the one who was downstairs,  and removed them from the household bar,  but the ones upstairs were still in the bassinets but no longer able to interact with them.  

I moved my sim to a new lot and no more have spawned yet.

I figured out it was Graycurse's random traits and aspirations mod that was causing this for me. Updating it fixed it.

I did do and finish the Stuck In Their Shadow Scenario,  and had just moved out of a houshold with 2 roommates before trying to adopt.  

Moving to a new house fixed the issue.    I was able to adop and interact with the new born after.   The glitched babies were in the Sequoia Cottage in San Sequoia.
