Multiple Sim Inventory Issues

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything except for 2 kits: Country Kitchen and Modern Menswear.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just have anything in the Sims’ personal inventory.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are two issues: 1) When putting objects in the fridge or taking things out, it will not drop the item and the item icon stays on the cursor even when closing out of the inventory. The Sim needs to Place in World in order to interact with the object or be placed where it needs to be. This has been happening for a while. 2) No money received from selling items from Sim inventory. This happens when multiselect is on or off. The items are removed from inventory but no money is received. Need to manually cheat the money the sim was supposed to get. The only way to get the money owed is to take the items out of the inventory and then sell it in b/b mode. Inconvenient when selling multiple items such as produce in the inventory. This happened in a new save yesterday.
What do you expect to see? 1) Items that can normally be placed where they need to go eg the fridge without having to be placed to interact first. 2) have the items sold and money received without cheating or placing them into the world and then entering b/b to sell it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The problem with the first issue has been going on for a while. I can’t remember which update that it started with. 

The 2nd issue started yesterday. I logged in to play today to see if the money I was supposed to get had returned and it hasn’t.

All these issues happened with new saves and I don’t use mods/CC

You say you have that on the fridge which I don't think has a thread yet.

For the selling: That's working fine in my game so does it happen to specific items ?
