Multi year chapter 7 won’t unlock

Summarize your bug In the multi-year feature, I finished chapter 6 and received my chapter 7 card but it will not open. It continues to show chapter 7 locked and all of chapter 6 finished and collected.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log into my account and try playing multi year chapter 7.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot play chapter 7
What do you expect to see? Chapter 7

Chapter 7 should now be available.

@bryann68 This is a long known problem.
I'm waiting months for chapter 7 but I don't think that it will ever unlock cause we're now heading to the end of season 4.
So don't worry about that.
