Moodlets stuck, Sim is still only fine

I have had tense and sad moodlets get stuck on my sims. They do not manipulate the sims' emotion, they are still only "fine" but the moodlet is still there. It is minimized as in a long list of moodlets although it is the only moodlet. It often goes away when my sim gets into another emotion and then changes to fine again. I've seen this happen with tense and sad moodlets so far, but it might happen for others too.
