Moodlet timer disappears when travelling

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.64.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansion packs except University and Eco, all game packs except StrangerVille, Backyard, Movie Hangout, Laundry Day and Bowling Night Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a household with multiple sims. Travel with a part of your sims and leave the other sims at home.
What happens when the bug occurs? On the other sims, the timer for their moodlets disappears.
What do you expect to see? The moodlets should keep their timer and should disappear when the time runs out.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I went with one of my sims to the Magnolia Blossom park, and as you can see in the pictures, the moodlet timers on the other sims who stay at home disappeared and don't get updated.
