Moodlet Text Missing?

The moodlet for "Moving on Up!" (Happy +1) shows up as:

Moving on Up!
*** 0 ***

The sky is the limit in this career.

I assume the *** 0 *** is a placeholder for what should be an explanation for how the moodlet was obtained.
