Mods can’t sell

Hi.

I found there are 3 mods in my stocks cannot sell. It show in the inventory but in sell screen cannot be found.

I put screen shot here.  You can see there are 3  health mods.  1 MK I. 2 MK II.   But it is not in the sell screen 

Anyone can help

it is in the loadouts. I didn't know this.
