Mod slice did not increase stats [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I bought a mod with a +5 speed secondary and upgraded it to level 15. The speed rolled 3 more times and brought it up to +19 speed. I sliced it to 6 dot, but instead of every stat increasing a small amount, every stat increased except the speed, and it is still at +19 speed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Slice many mods with speed secondaries to 6 dot.

HI @Argentum4848 and thank you for the report.

According to the screenshot you've provided the speed secondary stat was increased 4 times (indicated by the (4) in front of it). Maybe the secondary speed was 18 before you sliced it to E?

I am pretty certain it was +19 before the slice. It rolled speed 3 more times leveling up for a total of 4.

Edit: We checked our server logs but could not find anything irregular.
