Before the last GA started I changed my mods, equipping power mods to Tarkin and Vader, and giving my bounty hunters crit chance and dmg mods. Once the event was locked I switched the power mods to my bh in order to complete the chewie event, and during the attacking phase, I long pressed my vader and guess what ? In the right side of the screen, where mods are showed.. there were no mods at all.

I've been having this same issue. It happened again when I ran JKR in GA this afternoon and the first person on my team to go was Plo Kloon. I didn't move any mods until the first attack phase.
Decided to try an experiment to see if it was using my currently equipped mods instead of the mods that it should have locked in for GA. This appears to be the case. My Traya was at 244 speed for lock in and Darth Nihilus was at 229. Enemies fastest toon was a 228 Colonel Starck under Veers lead for a total of 248. I moved some mods around on Traya and Darth Nihilus, taking Traya to 258 and Darth Nihilus to 272. The first person to go in the match was Darth Nihilus.
So it looks like this glitch lets you re-use your best mods, exactly what the lock in supposed to prevent.

I've had a number of opponents that have likely been using this exploit (I see that they have no mods on any of their offensive teams because they intend to use the same set of mods for every battle). How do I report them?
