Mod filter "Only Mods Not In Loadouts" not Working

Summarize your bug When trying to filter at mods and I select the "Only Mods Not In Loadouts" I still see mods that are in my loadouts.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a loadout. Select any character's mod page. Select Filter. Select "Only Mods Not In Loadouts". Nothing changes.

The selection of the "Only Mods Not In Loadouts" does not seem to work.

Hi @3023782323 and thanks for the report.

We have tested this and it appears to be working correctly. We tested adding a new Loadout with mods that appeared at the top of the list, they then disappeared once the checkbox "Only Mods Not In Loadouts" was checked and the "Confirm" button was pressed.

I went back into the mod section and saw that the option was still not working. I then, duplicated your procedure and the option was working. So, there's still something wrong, maybe some sort of history or initialization thing. I'll see if I can get a more reliable scenario.

OK, got it a scenario that demonstrates the issue.

Ensure that a loadout exists. Close the app. Open the app, Select Collection. Select Mods checkbox. Select a character. Scroll down and verify mods from loadouts are shown. Select Filter.  Select "Only Mods Not In Loadout". Select Confirm. Mods are still shown.

My loadouts are from the past week or so and at least a few days old.
