Mod collection quest pt. 5 of 8 not crediting mods

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug The mod quest for the tenacity mods isn't completing. It says I've completed step 1 and 2; which are to complete the tenacity mod challenge tier 1 and 3. The progress for the third step for "collect tenacity mods" is not completing at all even though I've got tons of tenacity mods. Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Check my account? I'm not sure if it can be replicated or not.

What does "Further Investigation" warrant? I've tried un-installing and re-installing and it didn't do anything.
