Mod collection quest pt. 2 of 8 not crediting mods

Summarize your bug Mod quest "mod collection pt. 2 of 8" does not credit defense mods collected. The quest appeared after i had completed the defense mod challenges, but i had to sim them again to get credit for completing them. Now it doesnt register the defense mods i've collected from challenges. When i click on the "go" button, it takes me to the mod challenge screen, but i've collected about 10 defense mods from challenges since the quest appeared and it still shows 0.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take the same steps i did.

We've tested it today and the quest progressed correctly when a defense mod was obtained from a mod battle or the defense mod challenge, no matter if the battle was simed or not.

Could you do a clean reinstall of the game, please to ensure all game files are up-to-date and correct? Thank you!

Have you tried playing the battles, rather than simming them?

I've had this same problem with 7 of 8 (potency mods)

I too had completed the tiers beforehand...

not sure if they aren't registering or if they're resetting?

Hi @jumpinfool and thank you for the ally-code.

Regarding the Tier IV challenges, or at least the Strength Tier IV challenge you need to be level 72 to unlock it. Might be the same for the Agility challenge, so all god there.

As for the Mod Collection quest Part 7 of 8, we've tested this with your account. Once we finished a Tier II Potency Mod challenge (we made the battle and did not SIM it), the mods acquired from the Tier III Potency challenge started to count correctly.

We flag this as a bug now.

I just re did tier 2 as a battle and simmed tier 3. This didn't count it, do they all have to be battles?
