Mk 6 Nubian Design tech salvage disappeared

I bought some Galactic gear packs and had enough to upgrade one of Yoda's gear slots, but when I did the mats that I got from the pack disappeared and the gear slot wasn't filled anyone else have this problem? I also got a server maintenance error before that happened. Any help would be appreciated!
