Missing side floor on bridges/balconies

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make indoor bridge (or maybe also balcony) then look from its side.
What happens when the bug occurs? Ceiling is appearing underneath but the side of the bridge floor is missing.
What do you expect to see? Just full normal bridge with floor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

The bridge looks good when I view from above (see: Bridge top-view.jpg) but then I looked using free cam mode and I noticed that every bridge I've made (2 of them) all of them have missing side floor so it looks hollow (see: Bridge bottom-view.jpg) not looking normally like the existing bridge in my lot (also 2 of them). I've attached a screenshot of one of those existing bridge (see: Normal bridge.jpg). Those existing bridges and this lot are from other person's build so I don't know how to build them.

I actually don't know if this is a bug or it's just me who built the bridge wrong. The missing side floor visually looks like a bug so I post this in bug report, so sorry in advance.

Note: I built my bridges in the basement. Also, you can see from Bridge bottom-view.jpg that it's not only the bridge that has missing side floor but the wall behind the bridge on the upper floor side also has missing side floor.

Hi @nativecoruscant , Do you know if either the level with the bridge on it or the level below has had any kind of platform height alteration done on it? or any platforms built?

Is the foundation of the building raised? since this is in the basement

Hello @mightyspritesims , yes and no. I've built 2 bridges, one being true and the other isn't. That existing bridge on Normal bridge.jpg built by the original creator of the lot has main foundation of the whole house built under the bridge but it looks normal as it should be.

I've uploaded the lot with the same username as my EA account. My lot is using CC. Thank you!
