Missing shard tokens

Hello, I think with this  update 4 days ago, I lost all my shard tokens. Before I had about 15000 and after update I only had converted that moment, about 1000. Everithing else seems ok.  Is it even possible to token to disapear, can you track it. My ally code is 791319595.
