Summarize your bug I took first place in fleet arena on 10-11-18 at 7pm pst which should have gotten me 1800 fleet credits but later that night when I logged in to buy my Daily zeta Matt, I only have the 1525 fleet credits the same amount I had before payout. I have not purchased anything in the fleet store since yesterday so how do I only have 1525 credits and not 3325? I contacted ea support and they said I had gotten my rewards for my payout, but by using simple math you can see I did not. I have no reward email in my in box that I did not collect so they Said they could not help and to go away.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

We checked your account and you got 2nd place rewards in Fleet Arena on 10/11/2018 (1700 Fleet Arena Tokens) and 1st place rewards on 10/12/2018 (1800 Fleet Arena Tokens).

You currently have 1525 Fleet Arena Tokens and you purchased 1 Zeta mat on 10/11/2018 and another Zeta mat on 10/12/2018.

I must have some how refreshed the fleet store without knowing it. Which is bs but thank you for looking into it.
