Hello, per EA Customer Service suggestion I am posting here. I did not receive my rewards from my guild's heroic pit (Empire Predator) raid on 10/24/18, for which I placed rank 1.

Hi, I didn't receive reward for the 2 following raifds:

Ally code: 135-336-471

- Heroic HAAT on Thursday 25 22h French time, supposed rank 27

- Heroic Pit on Friday 26 21h30 French time, supposed rank 23

I'm marked as non participant on these raids although I enrolled but wasn't able to fight. I should've been marked 0 and have received the corresponding rewards.

Before the raid I needed 13 shards to unlock Traya, after the raid I still needed 13. I got second place.

Date: 25th oct Australian time AM

I had mass disconnections and login errors the morning that this all happened and even had two attempts error and d/c

i have attached a print screen on the ingame raid completion for the previous raid in question,

I was in contact with 3 EA support staff before being moved to this thread.

I submitted all the relevant info and screenshots and was advised its ok" you'll have the rewards in 24 hrs"

i patiently and poility waited this than questioned after i had not received,

i was advised the same details from the second EA staff "you'll have the rewards in 24hrs" I went on to explain i was already told this and have not received anything

i was then advised i wasn't even in the raid....then advised there was no evidence that anything was wrong and threatened with

" Please be aware that any false or fraudulent claims submitted to EA may result in the reporting account being suspended or permanently closed following an independent investigation by our Terms of Service department.

i have been called a liar and bullied for trying to get help...This is unexceptable! i have only been playing this game about 6mths now and i do play 2 accounts and have never had an issue

i am an officer in the guild i help run and thought support maybe there to help not to bully new players and make then want to quit playing for trying to reach out for support,

i still have all the relevant email correspondence to support this
