Missing raid rewards after hitting join [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I hit join on haat raid yesterday. The raid opened up to participation today and ended before I had a chance to participate. It has me (Castin Donn) listed as “-“ instead of a “0” and as a result I did not receive any rewards as a result. I have hit join on a raid, not participated and been listed as a 0 and received rewards appropriately since the recent patch that changed he raid joining mechanism. This is the first time I’ve encountered this problem.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know.

Hi @SWFanatic and thank you for the report.

According to our logs, you did not sign up for that Heroic AAT raid (finished on 6/05/2018, 5:00:48 pm GMT). Are you sure you joined the HAAT? There was a Heroic Rancor opened around the same time, where you signed up for and did 0 damage.
