Missing pool tool in terain

Which language are you playing the game in? Czech
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.89.214.1530
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Only free stuff and the Sims legacy edition also I have the Sims Deluxe
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't have pond tool in the terain tools and I know that it is The Sims 4 So pleaseee give it to me
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't do ponds
What do you expect to see? The pond tool in the game please
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
