Missing heirlooms after June 2020 update.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea.
What do you expect to see? heirlooms that i've previously unlocked and "owned" but are now gone and I have to reopen them, wasting heirloom tickets on traits i should already have opened in my heirloom collection.

Additional feedback long story short, i only noticed after i had spent 25 heirloom tickets to open a box i knew i already owned and even attributed to a playable sim.... I don't want to waste any more until the bug gets fixed, heirloom tickets are NOT easy to come by.
They're making me put something here so that is what i am doing even tho i have no other information to give.
