Missing gear pieces

Summarize your bug I was attempting to salvage gear piece and noticed MK12 armatek bayonet (fully crafted and salvage) are not in Scavenger's inventory. Is this a glitch or done on purpose. Similar gear 12 pieces such as Mk12 armatek wrist band, Mk12 armatek visor, etc are in his inventory, but not the bayonet. Seems to be the only gear piece missing.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In Scavenger's inventory.

At present this is working as intended.

Several gear 12 pieces/salvage that are used in the left hand slots cannot be converted, including MK12 Armatek Tactical Data, MK12 Armatek Multi-tool and the Bayonet you mention.
